Subject: Battery Complaint no. 40504C14291216 on dt 29/12/2016

My battery comp. On dt 29/12/2016. Engineer visited on 30/12/2016 he asked us battery pickup within 2-3days. Its being 18 days Continously calling 7-8 times Cos. Care & Service centre (Mr. Lokendra & mr. Nagesh). They are assuring me to pick today or tomarrow. ItÁs there any responsibility of sukam or service sentres towards Costomer. Electricity roasting very high & my family in dark hole day. Requesting you to take immediate action on the issue. Thanks. TARUN KUMAR VARSHNEY 9837544471
