ACT fiber net is not correcting billing errors despite complaints for past 60 days. The app allows us to pay only amounts reflected in bill n the corrected amount is never reflected. Over that they disconnect on 15th of every month despite issues at their end..have been suffering....

I have raised a ticket for relocation 20 days ago and no action has been taken till this date.
