i purchased a policy in 2015 may and i signed a ECS which means the amt. will be deducted from the account automatically but in year 2016 the amount was not deducted and i was also not interested infrom my account continuing but in year 2017 two debited were made from the account which not acceptable and i compiled but there is no action till now....
