Green gas provide gas facility to my neighbor by fitting there pipelines on my semi constructed wall without my permission as my house is constructing .. And when I complain them through telephonic conversation to remove it they are say we have to pay 2000rs for removing of the pipes.
Firstly it was there mistake that the fitted someone else...
