In the beginning they agreed for INR 10500 for our customized car rental package (Amritsar-Dalhouse-Dharmashala -Amritsar) and asked us to pay INR 4000 on their portal. Zoomcar provided me a car with steering misalignment which I was not at all aware of. When I started driving, instead of going according to the steering orientation, the car started moving more towards right than what was expected.
