I have ordered online & paid with Debit card for several items from
The last parcel with 2 items from QUBEPLEX company was delivered on 7/12/2016 by Aramex courier company .I signed for the delivered parcel and the delivery boy left, but on opening the parcel inside the house I found out that 1 item is missing from the parcel ,even though the only empty outer carton box of the ordered item was there. I immediately raised RMA# 100000970 with ZOTEZO,sent several e-mails with pictures of the delivered parcel's contents to < [email protected]>, have called the ZOTEZO COMPANY on their phone several times about the missing item ,but they are not responding seriously to the issue of the missing item .
The correspondence between me & ZOTEZO is going on for past 2 and half month already and the ZOTEZO Company did not give any satisfactory answer how the item disappeared from the parcel which was delivered to the customer.
