Zoomcar provided me a car with steering misalignment which I was not at all aware of. When I started driving, instead of going according to the steering orientation, the car started moving more towards right than what was expected. This lead to a minor incident as the car hit the pillar and got some scratches on it. Till that moment I wasn't aware of the misalignment issue and accepting it to be my mistake, I continued driving. But after this I got to know that the steering was misaligned and this lead to that incident. I was charged 4000/- for the damage and when I complained to zoomcar about the steering misalignment issue they simply denied that there was no misalignment. And they threatened me to pay the amount otherwise they'll take legal action against me.
