I ordered these products from the website, it stated that the products were by Samsung and SanDisk. Also when I found that these products are fake(the powerbank did not have a capacity of 25000mAh and pendrive did not have a storage of 64gb) I complained to the company's consumer care email asking for a refund but the reply was not satisfactory, also I tried calling the customer care mobile number but it does not work. I wish to press charges for harassment and selling duplicate/fake products.
