Zomato I placed an order yesterday, I have cancelled the order within minute, my refund was declined stating having many previous disputed transaction. If I point out mistakes made in the food and/or in delivery, you make me ineligible for refund. I have been having my regular food with Zomato, but this experience with you was really disrespectful.
