Sir screen of my cell damaged due to battery swelling and I bought my mobile on 5th august from flipkart.and service center is saying that my mobile became out of warranty and denying me to provide service.and battery is a accessory and my cell's accessories have 6 months warranty and main reason of my screen breakage is battery swelling which is a technical fault.so I want my phone from company in previous condition. Plz help me.
