I ordered a phone from this company 20 days back. Phone has software problem and off and on only 10 days after delivery. I visited the service centre which is 10 km from my place i spend 250 RS to reach there. They told me if there is a software problem they will solve in 2 days. If hardware problem it will take 22 days. After 2 days they told me it was software a problem and returned my phone . After 3 days same problem appeared I emailed the company to give my money back or solve the problem but every time the company messenged me to go and visit their service center . If every day I have visit the service center why did I buy this company phone . They cheated and sold me a defective phone . I want my money back .
