YOU SCOD18 - Malfunctioning Set Top Box Complaint Rating:
Dear sir, I was supplied new set top box on 20Jan2017. It has been malfunctioning since day one. I am sick of these technicians coming and assuring me every time. I called them up yesterday again and told them to take back the set top box and refund my money they told me that they will send the technician no one has come till now. Sir I would highly appriciate if you could solve this matter for me.Thank you.
