Yogroup - Cab Services Complaint Rating:   

Sir,
I have a Hyundai excent Car having registration number DL1ZB 1428 and attached my car including driver with YoCabz (Website - www.yogroup.co.in/Toll free number - 180030008128/8595193193) situated at sector 63, Noida on 06 Apr 17. The company promised to provide trips of atleast 100 kms or more and pay Rs. 35000.00 or more as per running of car by rate of Rs 14.00 per Kilometer. The company provided me only one trip from Dankaur to Dera Fatehpur delhi till now. when I Meet the staff or Asst. Manager of company named Umesh Bhati, Mb No. 7290095517 then a promise is made to provide trips within 2 or 3 days and a instruction is given to keep my driver and car ready for immediate action on the call from the company but I am still waiting for a single call from the company and paid Rs. 30000.00 for two months salary (15000.00 per month) to the driver. Now matter is that company neither provided trips other than one trip and terminate the attachment of my car nor paid the amount of that trip and salary of my driver (salary was not promised by company but this situation made me ask for salary of my driver).

Now I request you to take out me of this financial loss given by this company. I will be your grateful for your appreciable job.
