Yfc Gym & Sixpack Gym - Gym Complaint Rating:

I was a member of YFC gym INDORE MP, from more than 5 years. My GYM membership was expiring on 29 august 2017. Due to some promotional offers, I renewed my membership 15 July 2016 (before expiry). By paying Rs 8000. I have also hired a personal training during last three months of my membership.

Now on Yfc Gym, the six pack gym (new)take over it & six pack not allowing me. they says your membership has expired but i sign on acknowledgment of 2 years & the dont give me carbon copy or any proof.

I am contacting the GYM since last 40-45 days to request the refund of my membership renewal which I have not even started! Most of the time the phone is not answered. When answered, they are transferring calls from one person to another. No one is giving proper reply. Most of the time they are not answering my phones.

Once someone says that we will approve your refund. But lastly someone called and informed me that they cannot refund me. I have to find out someone and transfer my membership to him/her. Now as I have been hospitalized due to their mistake and carelessness. Where should I go to find out someone to transfer membership? I have not even used the new membership for a single day!

Please help and advice.
