I have booked 5 rail ticket on 17-04-2017 through yatra.com app. After receiving an amount of Rs.13910/- they inform me your booking is cancelled and amount will be refunded with in 2-7 days. Till to date I have not received my money from the said company.My travel ticket was in Duronto Train to travel from howrah to Pune.Please arrange to refund money.

Kiran Mondal I want to flush my problem through social media, so that in future no body will suffer like me by the www.yatra.com app.My train ticket booking cancellation amount Rs.13910/- not refunding by the yatra.com and also not reply my request.
