Yatra - Their Wesite Mobile App Not Allowing Me To Cancel The Booking Ad Also Not Able To Contact Them Complaint Rating:   

Their website server for cancelling flights is down from past 3 days. I cannot manage my booking on my own from the website or the app. Also, none of their number is reachable, none of their support emails are responding to my mails. I have raised 2 complaints on their website and dropping them mail from past 3 days to contact me as I need to cancel my bookings due to emergency situation of coronavirus. But this is such a pathetic service for the customer support.
