I had purchased an "xolo era 4k" handset from

on dated 23 july 2016 against INVOICE NUMBER : SC1F2B/16-17/57058 .The handset is under the warranty of one year. The handset worked properly for few months , but from january 2017 the handset and its charges both stopped working properly. The handset and its accessories were still under warranty thats why I visited company's care centre. They repaired my handset and said that they will replace my charger with a new one and told me to come after some time. When I went there again they gave me a charger of some "local company" which got damaged in 2-3 days.I again went there and they once again and they again tried to give me another passable charger ( under workorder no 510011301383). I also informed company's head consumer care office but still they sent only the adapter of the charger and not the data cable.
so I request you please take the strictly action against company .
