Yesterday(27 June) I have ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my mother as a surprise for her Birthday and I have done full payment in advance for that. Till midnight I was trying to follow up with them they have not delivered it yet. Next day also when I contacted the customer service he is not willing to listen to me.
I just wanted to mention the inconvenience I have experienced and the money(Rs 400) which I have lost.
I think this website is a fake one started just to make money without giving any service.
If that is the case it should be shut down immediately. Because they are looting people for no reason.

I have attached the email of the receipt after the successful transaction.
