I am in receipt of the order no. 320306800851560) today (18.09.2017) in the evening around 6:45 PM. On checking the content, both memory cards of Samsung EVO 128GB & 64GB were there, but only 128GB card is working. The 64GB memory card is not working, neither on PC through card reader nor in a mobile phone. On scrutinizing the 64GB card, I found that the contact points at the back of the card are worn out.

Kindly look into the matter and advice so as how to resolve the issue.
