Weinterent - Internet Service Complaint Rating:
My name is vastav bolinjkar and I have opted weinternet as my internet service provider for which I have paid 6000INR + taxes for a speed of 50mbps.
Since the day it has been installed I have to call them every morning saying that the internet is down and then they take some action and fix it.
I changed my router thinking that it might have some issue and the internet must not be reaching to my end but then the problem is the same.
Now from Saturday 10th June to Sunday 11th June 2017 I am trying to call the owner Mr.pravin ( who doesn't bother to answer his phone), mr Vinayak ( who used to answer his phone but he has also started avoided calls from my end and not reply to messages), then I called their office but over there they say that nothing is in their control.
I am facing a lot of problems with this internet service provider and they refuse to give any after sales services. It's like now they have got their money so let the client keep yelling who cares. This attitude is all the more irritating.
What can be done ?
