A person gave me the above address and sent me updates of Tshirts from the above given no. I ordered 50 pcs Tshirts by transferring the total amount 4750/- into his account

Inspite of the goods he just sent an empty envelop and now he is not picking my calls and has blocked me on WhatsApp.
Please help me in recovering my money.
