Vodafone India Limited - Wrong Balance Deduction Complaint Rating:   

My son is using a Apple iPhone 5 and yesterday Rs.5.00 got deducted on his mobile number 9833136622 and when he called up 198 and they told him that he had send an international SMS where no international SMS he send I want the refund of Rs.5.00 back or else give me the name mobile number and email address of the highest authority who can take up this matter seriously
