Store staff misbehaved.

Store staff misbehaved with the customer when customer asked for refund because the service was deactivated due to verification issue.

Verification fail reason was not mentioned. Store don't want to disclose it. Three times the service was deactivated and need to visited the store multiple times to understand the issue.

It was not only the issue with visiting the store but also impacting us financially. As customer was using the device of freelance online work which leads to a loss of Rs 1500 per day.

Please check if any strict action can be taken against the store people.
