Vodafone India Limited - Postpaid Bill Complaint Rating:   

I opted for rs 499 plan 7 months back but at that time i wasn't informed that the plan was valid for only 6months and the company charged rs 699 last month without any intimation neither via mail nor via sms and when i asked their customer care executive regarding this they very rudely denied to refund my amount.
