Vodafone India Limited - Internet Data Service Complaint Rating:

Hello sir
My name is Ronak Patel.I have Vodafone Prepaid Mobile whose num is +918866359193.
Actually what happened that i tell u today 4th of july 2017 afternoon i got an Message from Vodafone Company stating that if i do recharge of Rs 348 than i will get 28 Gb 3g/4g data in which i will be able to use 1Gb daily and unlimited calling.
So as per the Message i do recharge of Rs 348 from Vodafone Website at approx 07:30 pm on 4th of july 2017.
After the successful of recharge i got only 1Gb data nd unlimited calling instead of 28Gb.
So to do complaint,i called vodafone customer Care but there also they are not reacting to my problem instead they are telling continuesly saying that u r not elligible for this offer, what i want to say is that if i m not elligible for this offer than why the fuck they send me the message.The snapshot of that message is attached with this complaint.
And yes i have wasted my money for two times.Before this i do recharge on 11th of june 2017 but at that time also i dont got the offer.
So pls go through my problem and on that basis pls give me the solution.
