Mrs. Ranjana chatterjee 9764834968 went to Mapusa Bodafone store at Goa due to over crowd waited for a long then my trun came but the staff of you not ready to answer properly even passing incorrect information to client i tried to reactivated the number
they replied not possible need to take new number ,then i called to call center they replied number is on only need to insert the SIM
in mobile which was able to tell by you store staff .
I think you recruit few incompetent staff at Mapusa store they have a lack of knowledge about the product and short out the problem. Their attitude is like the client are fool and they are doing some favor for them .May be they do not know buying your company packages your company is able to pay their salary and making the profit .
Kindly trained your staff or close down the store.
