My bill for the month of February, 2017 was Rs. 1996.52. I paid the amount on 16.03.2017. I found that the company said that the transaction failed. So I paid again Rs. 1996.52. Again the response was transaction failed. Even after 16 days the amount did not come to my account. Attached is the bank pass book updated on 30.03.2017 which clearly shows the amount debited twice but never credited back. I wrote to the company mail id [email protected]
thrice but got no response. Now my outgoing calls are terminated. Multiple times I have raised voice Complaints and they were never resolved. Txn ID's are IHMP5190488567 and IHMP5190495976. Both times the amount is Rs. 1996.52. Kindly help.
