These guys are not professional enough. I enrolled for weight loss program in March 2017. As I stepped in to the center Shikha did the BMI test and suggested a package. I told her that I need some time to think about it, however she forced me to enroll immediately and asked me to get the package financed through Bajaj finance as the package was costing around 95000 that time. I made the down payment through credit card and was asked to visit them very next day with all the required documents the very next day. As I reached the center next day she said that your package will cost around 106000 instead of 95000 and forced me to get it financed. As I was already trapped that time I was left with no other option. I got my package financed. After 3-4 sittings I switched my job from Delhi to Gurgaon and was not able to attend the sessions as my office timings were from 9:30-6:30 and the travel time was 4 hours. I use to leave at 7 in the morning and reach around 8:30 in evening. Initially the dietitian told me that you have to attend the session every alternate day. I marked an e mail to them explaining the situation and asking for the refund. After sending them 4-5 reminder e mails Shikha from center called me and said that you can take the session once a week. I was not satisfied with the solution and again escalated the issue. After 15-20 days I received a call from the Gurgaon office asking that this amount is non refundable you can take some other services. I found this option feasible and agreed for the same. I again contacted Shikha and asked to provide me the options to use that money. However she treated me very badly and never provided me any specific option. In the meanwhile I got engaged and opted for pre bridal and groom package. I am totally unaware of the package cost. After that till date I Am following up with them for rest of the services and not getting any response from them. Every time she ask me that we can't provide you any appointment as of now. I am done with VLCC now. This is very annoying. Pathetic services and pathetic brand. VLCC sucks trust me.
