Vista - Booked Ticket Forcefully Cancelled It And Did Not Get Refund Complaint Rating:   

I I purchased air tickets from Vistara on 11th July from Vistara official site for Mr. RM Goel and Mrs. Neera Goel. The tickets details are as follows -

From Delhi to Port Blair

From Port Blair to Delhi

I received confirm tickets from Vistara and tickets.

After the booking, Mr. RM Goel received a call from Vistara on 13th July, that tickets were wrongly issued, either you pay more amount or tickets will be cancelled. The customer service also stated that you do not have any option. Mr. Goel was in a meeting and he said do what ever you want to do. Vistara People cancelled the tickets without any confirmation (both to and fro) and did not inform. They informed the tickets cancelled and refund processed, we still did not receive any intimation mail of same nor money. Due to this we incurred financial as well as peace of mind loss. We claim money refund as well as compensation of Rs. 1 Lac for same.
