I had sent you a message on January 27.2017 with regard to purchase of a new CITY car from Eastern Honda, your dealer.

I had written you that despite my disinterest in the colored offered forcibly on me to accept by the dealer, I requested to cancel the deal and return my money that was paid in full R.10 Lakhs. On the assistance of your dealer that insurance and registration papers were sent, I had established that it was an absolute lie, I told to deduct the insurance amount and return the balance.

Without going into the mental pressure that have been forced on me, I would like to tell you that eventually I consented to accept whatever colour and whichever car the dealer offers me to collect. Yet I am being called on daily and harassed verbally.

I understand that you are a MNC and deal with customers with fulll protection and satisfaction, but it is not the same with me.
