Videocon Tv - Videocon Led 4k Tv Complaint Rating:   

I had purchased a videocon led 4k tv from local dealer on 14 Nov 16 for rs 39000. On 1 st April 2017 the tv stopped working. It is showing just the videocon icon and nothing else. We had paid our hard earned money for the tv that is39000. We are following up since 1 st April but the company service providers are not responding to our complaint. They are just neglecting saying that part has been ordered. It's New led tv purchased just 3 months back and so early it's part has malfunctioned. Very poor quality for such high price. It's been a week now. I want to file a complaint against videocon company and want my 39000 rs back.
