I have purchased a Kelvinator refrigerator in the month of January 2017.Since purchased my refrigerator is not working. I have made so many complaints to your service center and your technical has inspect also and they have already inform orally that your piece is defective but no written work sheet was provided to me and no satisfaction letter was also taken from me. Till date my problem is still awaiting for solution. I feel that your service center is not working properly for satisfaction to customer and only work for compliance without doing needful. I hope so that your effert will done my refrigerator in working position as per specification of the manual or replace. Today and previously I have dial many mobile call to you as well your service center. One mobile no. 07055203104 of Mr. Kafil, which has inspected my refrigerator, has not picked my calls any time it is also unsatisfactory.
