Hi,

I have purchased Videocon refrigerator from Pravin agencies hadapsar , in March 2016, since then the refrigerator is giving problem the fridge is stinking food is getting spoilt, contacted them they said Videocon will take care still the issue was not resolved,finally went to Pravin agency in November 16, he gave me lalit khandelwal's number when contacted him he directed me to Mr Balaji since then they have sent the service engine 4- 5 times they could not find any solutions,i am following up with them since November,but they are still not taking the issue seriously,in March the fridge warranty will get over.please help
