I purchased one Kenstar 15 ltrs Water heater-Geyser model Aquaspash with sl no.A60517740508500172 Vide Invoice no. BPJ-S0007700 dated 15.10.17... That at the time of installation, it was found defective and the technician has assured for replacement..

The complaint was lodged vide company no.BHU 1710770092.
The LEGAL NOTICE sent to the company in mail dated 12.12.17 has also given no fruit..
