Dear Sir/Madam,

Most respectfully I submit the matter for your kind perusal and necessary action that I am a resident of Bhuli Nagar, Dist.- Dhanbad, Quator No. 13/A, State- Jharkhand, Pin-828104.

that, I had purchased LED TV on 26/06/2015 in the name of Mr. Sourav Pandey, C/o- Mr. Adinath Pandey, Bhuli B-block, Q.No.-207, Mukhiya Colony, from Jai Hind stores Bank More, Dhanbad.

that, number of black spots have appeared on the display screen of the TV that make the picture blurr and unclear and unhealthy for the eyes to watch.

that, the Display screen of my LED TV has been changed thrice by your service center in Dhanbad but no display screen has lasted even for a year and it is very unfortunate for a leading TV company to have such a sort span of life time for a TV.

It is therefore I request you to kindly REPLACE MY LED TV THIS TIME AND NOT THE LED PANEL(display screen) because the LED Panel has already been changed three times and it got defective each time.and each time I had to pay the transporting cost.This Time I Will Not Receive The Offer Of Getting Replaced The Display Screen Of My LED TV. I mention below the model number of my LED TV and hope you will take the posetive action:
