Vestar Eltech - Washing Machin Service I Am Complaning Complaint Rating:   

I had purchased a washing machine from eltechappliances of vestar last In July'16 and machine is under warranty now last month in july'17 the fullsetter is got brooked (as per service person) ,then is lodged a complaint on her website against GHA21707230082 NO. then a service person has came to check the same and they said its fullsetter is brooked we need to change the same after that i did not get any proper update regarding this since then i called regional service manager Mr. Rahul Sharma so many times zonal service manager Mr. saifi so many items and Mr Sonu from WH he did not picked the Ph.

i request you to kindly help to resolve the same.
