I had bought this ac in September 2016 and the ac is not working since then I had complained about that and company representative told me that their is problem in the remote and said will bring the remote tomorrow and never came I again complained and got no response from them in April I complained again there representative came and checked the ac and said there is problem in pcb and took it with him after 3 days he returned with pcb and installed it but ac didn't worked so he took the fan motor with him and returned after 5 days and installed it but ac didn't worked he said senior technician will come after 3 days senior technician came and nothing happened and returned I once again complained to the customer care and after 2days technician came and took the motor with him and returned after 3 days and again nothing happened and said there is problem in pcb and said senior technician will come
