Uber - Charged Rs 187 For A Rs 59 Ride And Rs 409 For A Rs 49 Ride Yet No Refund Provided Yet Complaint Rating:   

An UberPool ride on 24th June 2017 , of Rs. 59 costed Rs.187.28 to me and another uberpool ride on 7th July 2017, of Rs.49 costed Rs 409. To claim a refund for being charged extra i registered a complain for the respective rides on their app but no support was provided. I am not going to use this cab provider anymore but i want a refund for being charged extra on a continuous basis fr pool rides. This has been very frustating and i have shifted to Ola Cabs for my future ride cz they atleast charge the fare they display and not extra.
