Twisted Entertainment Private Limited - Refund Of Money Complaint Rating:   

I have paid for the enchanted valley carnival which was held in Amby valley in December by twisted entertainment private limited bt for some personal reasons I was not able to attend the fest. I have talked with this lady who is working there with the name disha and she told me that she did not punched my tickets and I will get my refund bt now she is not giving my money back till today and not picking up my calls or giving a call back or replying to my calls. Kindly help me and the payment receipt proof has been attached with this complaint
