TVS MOTOR COMPANY - Parts Not Given /money Deducted Complaint Rating:

My vehicle went for repair under insurance( Bill no. : 07180399043). I have paid ₹23,788 for 31 items, including the amount for these two items :
1)MIRROR ASSY RH JUPITER : ₹152
2)FOOTREST ASSY PILLION-WEGO :₹635
These two items were not available at that time, they asked me to pay for them and said that they'll fit these parts when they have them. It's been 8 days(vehicle was delivered on 20/01/17),and still they haven't been able to manage the parts yet. If the parts weren't available they shouldn't have deducted the amount. When I ask for refund they rudely deny it and tell me "you'll have to wait we won't give you any refund". Please look into the matter and make my refund available to me.
