Tutor Signature - Tutoring Service Complaint Rating:   

They are providing horrible tutorial service in and around Kolkata. The teachers and especially admin staff are nasty, rude and abusive.
I had taken their service twice but when I tried to complain about the quality of home teachers they provided for my 5 year old daughter, I got verbally abused by the person who was on the other side of the phone. They are dealing with children and their education and future, how dare they use abusive and threatning languages towards the parents? I also doubt the qualifications of the teachers. They are a bunch of quacks who are cheating people. They should be checked.
