TTK Prestige - PWG 01 Wet Grinder
Complaint number BANG2457621 Wet Grinder multiple problems since purchase
Ever since we purchased PWG01 Wet Grinder on 4th December 2016, it continues to have problems. It was running too slowly or rarely started even on little load or took hours to grind. The technician promised to replace the stone but finally gave an excuse the replacement will be fake one and hence convinced us to continue with the original stone.
Later on, the grinder completely stopped running even on non load. It gives a hum sound but doesn't start. This complaint BANG2457621 was registered on the last week of May. The technician called on 30th May when we weren't reachable at home. After which I have been following up on this complain frequently but no one has called back or serviced the grinder. It has been lying idle for the past 6 weeks.
