Trident Renault - Car Complaint Rating:

I bought a car- Kwid from Trident Renault dated 15/03/2017 and details of work to be completed by Trident Renault in their post delivery outstanding commitment has not been completed despite multiple followup. It's been close to 4 months and the work is still not completed. I have full payment at the time of delivery, but still committed work is post delivery is outstanding. No one calls from Trident to check if work is performed. I have to continuously follow up and they keep giving false promises. I want support from Consumer Forum to get the dealer to complete the work pending and get Trident to pay for the trouble or grievance I and my family had been going from past 3+ months. Appreciate your speedy response
