I reserved a flight on November 13,2018.
Money was deducted twice.I have spent 100pounds on calling them repeatedly but haven't received a penny in my account.
Thay have harassed me physically,mentally and financially.
I want my money back.along with compensation.Noone is helping.
I have contacted my bank so many times but they have said they did not receive any payment from the given reference number
My booking ID :BIN1582755 in the name of Anubha And Hemant Sharma.
I have been chasing this up since December but to no luck.They said they have refunded the amount which has never reached myself.I am sick of calling them,emailing them and chasing with my bank.
I do not know where my hard earned money is gone.I am currently in UK for studies and am already spending a lot on my academics plus this harassing attitude of Travix India Limited, whose client is budget air from whom i got my tickets.
This is based in Bangalore India.
Please help me
