I have taken a package from Travel Magica, which costs 53000. I gave 10 % of my package to Travel Magica. Which is their booking amount. But now I am Canceling this tour. And I am asking for my money back but rhey are refusing to return my money. They are refusing to refund 10% of the money. He is saying that you can read T&C. They are saying that we had earlier said that booking money will not be refunded. Please tell me how to get my money back.
