Travel Magica - Travel Cab Package Complaint Rating:   

We had a very bad experience with travelmagica. In the beginning they agreed for INR 10500 for our customized car rental package (Amritsar-Dalhouse-Dharmashala -Amritsar) and asked us to pay INR 4000 on their portal. Once we made the payment, they suddenly told package price is increased to INR 14700. When i asked for refund, they gave reasons like refund will take 2 months and i have to pay penalty of 35% of the package amount. That means literally no refund. This was pure cheating as i was asking for a refund because they increased the price after i made advance payment. I didnt had a choice other than pay more money and take the tour. Next problems started the day before our tour starts. Two drivers called me and were telling they are coming to pick us from airport. I was scared if no one comes to pick us? I was travelling with wife and kid.There was no update given to us. No one from travel magica cared to call us and update who is our driver and cab details. This was absolutely unprofessional and illegal business they are doing. I strongly recommend travellers not to fall in the traps of such cheaters.
