Travel Magica - Received Payment For Accommodation And Travel But Not Done What Have Been Promised Complaint Rating:   

The agency has promised that once we make payment they will arrange accommodation and cab as per our request. We had requested for accommodation of 3 star but to our surprise, when we checked in to hotel in Nainital that was not even a single star. We payed total amount of Rs. 14600/- for accommodation, sight seeing (including cab and guide, which was not provided by agency in Jim corbett) and we had to pay extra 4000/- rs to book cab. Also the hotel accommodation of worth rs only 450/- per day in Nainital. But they took payment of rs 12600/- (for both in Nainital and Jim Corbett). Our money has just waste and they are not responding properly when we are requesting for refund. Instead they are asking us to call their third party OYO for refund, who are not responding us again. The people who are responsible for this are Prem Singh, Jyoti Dubey, Vartika.
