Sir, I do not know what to do as my money is stuck with travel magica, i booked a tour package to sikkim 4 night 5 day and paid them 7000 rupees and 45% also but due to some reason I couldn't travel, they have not even booked any thing but still charging me high cancellation charges of 35%. when there was not reservation made why are charging the money, they looting me for no reason, as a good company if there is no reservation they should return me my money but they have charged huge cancellation charges even after i have not availed the service...The amount i paid was of my group and friends and i booked the package on their behalf now all are asking the money from me and 24500 inr is a huge amount for me as i am un-employed, sir i request you to sincerely help me take a strict action and refund of my money.
