I had paid Mr. Hemal Mehta who is the proprietor of "TRAVEL CHANNEL 4U" INR 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand rupees ONLY) on August 20, 2019 to book return tickets to Malaysia and Back which he agreed to give me by end of the same day. Later he said it will take 2 more days and then as each day passed he kept changing the dates. Later on August 28, 2019; I asked for a refund and booked my tickets from another travel agent. He kept saying he will refund the money back to my bank account but did not do so at all. Finally, he said he will send a cheque which he did send and today, September, 18, 2019, I get a message from my bank that the cheque bounced. I have read up on Mr. Hemal Mehta and the internet is full of complaints about him. He knows how to game the system and keep delaying payments and he just doesn't care about the LAW as I guess he has gone through many such episodes and doesn't care about anything anymore. Please help me get my money back and put such people behind bars for good.
