Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd - Courier Not Delivered Since 2 Months Complaint Rating:   

Courier has not been delivered by trackon courier company since last 2 months.. Which caused a loss of Rs. 2500..

Company have not even informed me about status of courier and no notification given on return also.. Following up with them but nobody is responding and has made me helpless. What legal action can be taken against them..

I have attached screenwriter of courier tracking page to understand the status.. They should have at least sent me back my courier if they were unable to deliver it..
